Returns Policy

How Returns Work

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products we supply.

If your item/s is faulty please send us a picture where the fault is clearly visible to [email protected] quoting your order number and we will do the rest. 

Our returns policy covers damaged or faulty goods and extends for a period of 14 days. 

In the event that it is unsuitable or not to your liking, we will issue you a RAC (Return Authorisation Code). However, this request must be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods via email, and the items must be returned within 5 working days. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a refund may be refused: Any item not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and do not accept responsibility for undelivered returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original order to you will be deducted from your refund.
